Ab33's Terms and Conditions — Know It, Understand It, Play Safe

Ab33 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "ab33") is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform operating for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between ab33 and each registered or unregistered user of the platform.

By using our website, mobile app, or any of our services, you are deemed to have automatically accepted all provisions of these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any of the terms, please discontinue using ab33.

• These Terms and Conditions apply to all users — new and existing alike.

To register an account with ab33, you must be 18 years of age or older. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. If a single individual is found to have opened multiple accounts, ab33 reserves the right to forfeit both accounts and all associated funds.

All information provided at registration — including name, date of birth, phone number, and email address — must be accurate and truthful. Providing false or incorrect information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any remaining balance. ab33 may request identity documents or other verification materials for KYC purposes at any time.

• Only one account may be created per mobile number or email address.
• It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account password secure.
• Sharing or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.
• Operating an account on behalf of or in the name of a minor is strictly prohibited.

Deposits at ab33 can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All deposits are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). Deposits are usually instant, though in some cases bank processing may take up to 1–3 hours.

• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted; funds must be sent from a number registered in your own name.
• There are no hidden charges on deposits; however, the mobile banking operator's own fees may apply.
• If a deposit fails for any reason, the refund process will be initiated within 24 hours.

The withdrawal process at ab33 is fully automated and is generally completed within 3–5 minutes. Full account verification (KYC) is required before making a withdrawal. Withdrawals from unverified accounts may be held.

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. For example, if you deposited via Mobile Banking, your withdrawal must also go to Mobile Banking. This follows international anti-money laundering regulations.

• Multiple withdrawals in a single day are permitted, though daily limits apply.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held for verification in cases of suspected suspicious activity.
• ab33 charges no fees for the withdrawal process.

Ab33 has separate rules for Sports Betting, live betting, casino games, and fish games. All bets are considered final unless a system error is proven. Please read the odds and rules carefully before placing any bet.

For live betting, ab33 is not responsible if a bet is not confirmed due to connectivity issues. Odds may change at any time; the odds displayed at the moment of placing a bet will apply to the final settlement.

• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the staked amount will be refunded.
• ab33 reserves the right to void any bet where the odds contain an obvious error.
• Placing opposing bets on the same match (arbitrage betting) is strictly prohibited.
• Betting limits are set individually for each game and market.
• Bets cannot be changed or cancelled once a match has started (except via the cashout feature).

Ab33 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for its members. Each bonus carries its own wagering requirements and expiry terms. Please read the applicable terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

• The same individual may not claim the same bonus more than once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; wagering requirements must be met first.
• Expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled.
• Any attempt to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being terminated.
• ab33 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Ab33 is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment. We take all forms of fraud, hacking, bot usage, and platform manipulation with the utmost seriousness. If such activity is proven, the account will be immediately terminated and legal action will be taken where necessary.

• Using automated bots or software to place bets is strictly prohibited.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits is strictly prohibited.
• Depositing using another person's payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Exploiting platform errors or bugs for personal gain is strictly prohibited.
• Using ab33 for money laundering or any other form of illicit financial activity is strictly prohibited.
• Using ab33's brand, logo, or name for fraudulent activities is strictly prohibited.
• Threatening, harassing, or intimidating other users is strictly prohibited.

• No information will be shared with any authority except where required by legal obligation.

• An inactivity fee may apply to accounts that have been dormant for more than 12 months.

Ab33 always strives to provide a reliable and stable service. However, ab33 will not be held directly liable for any service disruptions caused by technical faults, internet outages, third-party payment gateway issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Services may be temporarily unavailable during scheduled server maintenance.
• ab33 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• ab33 is not liable for any losses caused by issues with the user's own device or network connection.
• In the event of any dispute, ab33's system logs will serve as the final and definitive record.

Ab33 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified at least 7 days in advance via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
